Chef Dave Gross has spent over a decade refining his craft in some of the most celebrated kitchens across the country. From the intimate dining rooms of Seattle’s Copine to the vibrant culinary scene of Oak on Fourteenth in Boulder and the luxury of the Four Seasons in Vail at Flame, Dave has built a diverse and impressive career. He further honed his skills in Napa Valley as the Chef de Partie at Joseph Phelps Vineyard in St. Helena, where he immersed himself in wine-focused cuisine. Now, as the Executive Chef at Revana, he brings his extensive experience and passion for creating unforgettable dining experiences to the heart of wine country.
